What exactly is Vokal?

Vokal was born from a simple observation shared by thousands of French professionals: spending meetings listening to clients, and evenings retyping notes to produce a quote. A waste of time that costs in lost signatures and burned-out energy.

We started by watching tradespeople, field sales reps, and healthcare practitioners. The same pattern came up every time: a notebook or a voice recorder, messy notes, and far too often a quote sent three days later — by which point the client had moved on to a competitor.

Technology had finally caught up. Generative AI matured in 2024-2025. Portable recorders like the Plaud Note Pro made premium audio capture in real-world environments possible: discreet, hands-free, durable. What was missing was orchestration — a finished, compliant, accessible product. That became Vokal.

Give back one hour per day to professionals who sell by talking. One evening recovered, one Saturday morning with family, one extra signed quote.

We're not building yet another generic AI assistant. We're building a tool that does one thing — turn a conversation into a ready-to-send quote — and does it better than any manual or semi-automatic alternative.

Vokal is published by Innovation Data, a French SASU based in the Hauts-de-France region. Our production infrastructure is hosted in France. For the Healthcare plan, we partner with an HDS-certified provider (Healthcare Data Hosting) in line with the requirements of the French health authority.

We take data sovereignty seriously: recordings of your meetings stay in France, encrypted end-to-end, under the jurisdiction of French law and GDPR. No transfers outside the EU for sensitive data.
